With the initiation and vision of Mr. Dibya Mani Rajbhandari and Mr. Binayak Shah, the chamber put the application for registration with His Majesty’s Government of Nepal on November 2004 and was registered with His Majesty’s Government, Central District Office, Kathmandu (registration number 455/061/062) on 7 March 2005 (corresponding to 2061/11/24 Nepali year). It was established as a non-governmental organization with legal status of non-profit making autonomous entity.
